Ceres Enterprises, LLC, owns and operates fine hotels.  It is family owned and managed by Frank Crisafi, CEO, and his son, David Crisafi, President. Both have extensive and successful careers in hotel and real estate development and they have each earned their Law Degrees from Cleveland State University and the University of Virginia, respectively. 

      Working with the premier franchises of the hotel industry, Marriott, Hilton, and Choice, they have developed a market-dominating portfolio in the Cleveland and Troy, Ohio markets, as well as in Noblesville, IN. 

      Ceres Enterprises owns and operates a 168 room Hilton Garden Inn, at the Cleveland Airport, a 96 suite Residence Inn in Troy, Ohio, a Fairfield Inn & Suites in Troy, Ohio consisting of 59 rooms and 20 suites, and a Cambria Suites in Noblesville, IN consisting of 132 suites.  

       Clients of Ceres Enterprises hotels include the cream of the corporate clients, including American Greetings, Hobart, Honda, NASA, Nestle, and many others.
