Our Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Troy, OH received the highest score in the brand of over 600 hotels in the Marriott Quality Assurance Audit scoring a 98%.

As a portfolio, our hotels, through the tough economic conditions in 2009, averaged RevPar growth of 3.13%.  Our Hilton Garden Inn at the Cleveland Airport led the way with RevPar growth of over 6%!

 Ceres Enterprises touts the best, most aggressive sales professionals in the markets we serve. Our direct relationship selling continues to reward us!  In 2009, our Residence Inn by Marriott finished with a 151% RevPar index.  This outpaced the brand average by 23 points!

Our two Marriott Hotels achieved Gold and Silver hotel status in overall guest satisfaction substantially.

Our owner and leader of our Management Company, Frank Crisafi, has recently been named Chairman of the Cambria Suites National Sales and Marketing Advisory Council.  This appointment came because of Mr. Crisafi’s many successful years in the hotel industry, and his unique perspective and proven track record of leading hotels to competitive market domination.  Mr. Crisafi is teaming with top Choice Hotels Executives and other hotel owners on this committee.
