          Ceres Enterprises addresses the sales effort with both a sophisticated and personal approach to direct sales as well as a refined and effective strategy for revenue management.  As a portfolio, our hotels, through the tough economic conditions in 2009, averaged RevPar growth of 3.13%.  Our Hilton Garden Inn at the Cleveland Airport led the way with RevPar growth of over 6%! 

      We emphasize and require all General Managers and Front Desk Associates to be leaders in the sales effort with productive development of sales leads. This is accomplished through specifically directed conversation during check-in and check-out, breakfast, and hospitality hours. This emphasis enables the sales management to have a constant supply of sales leads that inevitably leads to strategies to entice each individual company. This strong direct sales approach is a major part of each of our hotel’s operations. 

      Ceres Enterprises touts the best, most aggressive sales professionals in the markets we serve. Our direct relationship selling continues to reward us!  In 2009, our Residence Inn by Marriott finished with a 151% RevPar index.  This outpaced the brand average by 23 points!
